The Role

This top 50 firm is seeking a Planning Partner to join their growing office in the heart of Manchester.

The Planning team handle a broad and exciting variety of high-quality work for their private and public sector clients.

The department is looking to add to the team through organic growth. They are doing incredibly well in the market and have a number of exciting projects in the pipeline.
I
n this role, you will have conduct of your own matters, providing clients with commercially focussed planning advice and guidance, and working collaboratively with other partners to help deliver further growth for the department and nationally.

You will need to have strong experience in either promoting CPO's, drafting complex section 106 agreements for residential developments and/or advising in relation to DCO applications.

You will be at the forefront of this growing practice, and there will be a clear scope for you to develop and lead the team.

Requirements

  • You will be an experienced Planning Senior Solicitor/Partner looking to lead the Manchester planning team
  • Ability to support the growth of the planning practice both nationally and in Manchester
  • You will have a meticulous eye for detail
