The Role:

You will immerse yourself in their leading department and be provided with all the tools to become an elite specialist in retail financial services in your own right; whilst having the opportunity to innovate and develop the department's strategic offering alongside leading partners.
The core focuses of this job entail working on strategy matters within; consumer credit, mortgages, retail banking and payments regulation.
You will gain experience supporting leading financial services firms in the following areas:

• Supporting clients in implementing their regulatory requirements and collaborating on end-to-end product development support.
• Provide ongoing solution-oriented advice when regulatory issues arise.
• Actively support Partners innovating and implementing strategy for the wider team with a view to ongoing development and growth.
• Training clients and speaking at regulatory events/conferences on regulatory developments.

Ideal Candidate:

• You will have 6+ years of PQE working within financial services regulation
• Experience in managing, supporting and developing team members
• Able to manage your own bank of clients and provide them with quality strategic advice
