The Role:

The firm is looking for a Family Solicitor to join the team in their flourishing Blackburn office.

You will handle a caseload of high-quality private Family matters, on behalf of a diverse client base made up of HNW and high-profile individuals with assets and interests in the UK and often internationally. The work is varied and includes divorce, finance, separation, prenups, and child law.

The Family department is a key area of investment for the firm and they have exciting plans to grow in this area throughout the next few years. This means that you can expect a high level of development in your career, as well as an abundance of progression opportunities as the firm continues to grow. You will find that you are surrounded by a talented team of renowned lawyers, allowing you to learn from the best and develop your technical ability.

You will undertake your own caseload of interesting, high-value matters, whilst working closely with the Partners in the Family department on more complex work. This will give you a level of exposure that will set you ahead of your years in terms of PQE.

Requirements:

• You will be a Family Solicitor with at least two years' experience within Family Law
• Able to confidently handle a caseload of Private Family matters including divorce and finance, separation, cohabitation, prenups, and child law
• Have excellent communication skills
• You will be able to build strong relationships with your clients
• Be a team player and with excellent attention to detail
