The Role

The firm is looking for an Employment Solicitor 3+ PQE to join their HR and Employment department out of their offices in Manchester.

Due to the firm's expertise in Court of Protection and Private client work their professional deputies act as employers of the Support Workers and Personal Assistants who look after their clients in their homes.

Their specialist Employment and HR team provide a full range of services and support for clients, their families and employed Support Workers and Personal Assistants.

You will be a team player with strong communication skills; combined with a friendly and professional approach to work and will be adept at working to targets within a busy team.

Requirements

• You will be an Employment Solicitor with a minimum 3+ years PQE
• You will have a strong work ethic
• You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail
• You have a keenness to be involved with business development activities
• You will show initiative, and drive and have excellent communication skills.

Remuneration

Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package.
