The Role:

• The Firm are looking for an experienced Development Solicitor 2+ years PQE to join their outstanding team in Manchester
• As part of the firm's L500-ranked Built Environment department, the Residential Development team advise a broad range of national housebuilders and property investors on complex & bespoke projects
• To align with this, you will manage a diverse caseload, including acquisition & disposal of sites, infrastructure & planning agreements, residential development schemes, residential investment acquisition & disposals and ground rent acquisitions
• You will also be given substantial investment from the firm to progress on a clear, short-term pathway towards partnership

The Ideal Candidate:

• An experienced Commercial Property/Development Solicitor with a minimum of 2+ years PQE
• Strong business development capabilities
• First-class communication and an entrepreneurial flair
