The Role

You will join the firm's Commercial offering in Manchester, working closely with the Partners across the firm's other offices to drive the practice forward.
The team attracts an impressive range of work, including commercial contracts, IT, IP and data protection for clients across the tech, insurance and retail sectors.

You will be responsible for supporting the wider teams; Preparing documents, conducting legal research, publishing articles/blogs/legal updates, exposure to communicating with clients and third-party solicitors and supporting and shadowing the fee earners.

You will be encouraged to develop your reputation in the market with a solid platform to build on. There are clear prospects for progression within a short timeframe. The firm also offers an attractive package and plenty of flexibility.

Requirements:

• As a guide, this role would suit a driven paralegal with a passion for Commercial Law
• Advantageous but not desirable would be having experience handling a range of work in any of; contracts, IT, data protection and/or IP
• Prior experience with business development is advantageous
