The Role:

You will join a National Commercial team in the firm's Liverpool office.

You will gain experience working on a full range of commercial contracts, with a strong focus on work such as:

• Commercial contracts
• Technology
• Data protection
• Intellectual property
• Competition, energy work and public projects

This firm acts for exciting clientele in sectors such as; technology, media, retail, pharmaceuticals, insurance, transport and logistics, and manufacturing. Additionally, there is involvement in the public sector, serving universities, NHS bodies, police forces, and local authorities.

Requirements:

• As a guide, this role would suit a Commercial Associate 3+ PQE
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
• Capacity to independently take initiative and collaborate effectively as a member of the commercial team, providing support to both senior and junior colleagues, and contributing to larger projects across the entire firm
