Commercial Associate- Digital/Data

The Role

Working with this Legal 500-ranked Commercial team, you will gain exposure to exciting and innovative work with a diverse range of clients, from Blue-chip FTSE100 entities to cutting-edge start-ups.

As a key member of the Data and Digital team, you will gain exposure to developing tech-based data solutions in the following sectors: retail & consumer, aviation, digital, health, manufacturing and financial services

You will be given the autonomy to manage your own caseload as well as collaborate with senior partners on negotiations and transactions across IT, Data and IP issues from both the consumer and supplier sides.

With renowned colleagues, you will have the opportunity to develop your technical and client relation skills while helping to cement the company's reputation as a leader in the Commercial market. The Ideal Candidate

• Is an ambitious individual with a 2-5 years PQE in Commercial
• Ability to independently manage a complex and varied workload
• Excellent verbal/written communicator with first-rate interpersonal skills
• Has a proactive, innovative and value-adding mindset
