The Role

Applicants must have demonstrable experience of managing a caseload of the full spectrum of Clinical Negligence matters, or to have gained experience of assisting in such matters during their Training Contract.

The team are highly respected nationally with members of the Law Societies Specialist Panel of Clinical Negligence Solicitors and the AvMA Solicitors panel meaning you will collaborate and learn via osmosis with some of the UK Industry leading individuals in this Practice Area.

Ideal Candidate

This candidate will be able to demonstrate exemplary client management whilst handling a busy complex case load of high-profile claims.

Will have 0-3 years PQE and has evidenced a commitment to client service, and the evidence to manage their own caseload meeting targets and deadlines.
