I love being in my office in the dead of the night or first thing in the morning when the rest of the world is asleep. I enjoy doing my bits and bobs over the weekend when my phone isn't ringing constantly. I just love the grind. That means I'm fairly selective with who I work with and even more selective when it comes to who I give my hard earned money to. In an age where recruitment agents seem to be getting bashed from pillar to post on LinkedIn, I can't commend Jason Connolly of JMC Legal enough. The quality of candidates I get sent over is astonishing. Just by chance, Jason and I set up our firms within a week of each other and its beautiful to see how far we've both come in these 8 months. We joked the other day that we should really be aiming for adjacent 'Judge' and 'Connolly' Towers. I've always said its important to align yourself with those on a similar path to you but now it's super cool to have that in a professional working relationship too rather than in a personal capacity only. JMC Legal have been "Judge Law'd." We approve.

Charlie Simpkin was great from the offset and always kept me updated. Secured several interviews and he has great knowledge and has links with many Firms. He never minded providing me with updates and was very friendly throughout. Even if positions aren't advertised, Charlie can still secure interviews due to his links with Firms. I cannot recommend him enough and it was a pleasure dealing with him.

Jason and his team were a pleasure to deal with. They were incredibly helpful and attentive to my career goals discussing with me at length where I wanted to be and searched for the roles that best matched those aspirations. 

Both Jason and Kye were able to arrange two interviews for me both of which resulted in great offers of employment. I give credit for this to the hard work put in by both these gentlemen.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE FROM JMC LEGAL

I have a very specific and unusual offering so very few posts would suit me. I was already in discussion with others in relation to a position when I came across another suitable vacancy. It was being handled by Joe Bryant at JMC Legal ( I had not previously dealt with Joe). I called him and explained my situation in full but said that I would also like to pursue an application for the position he was advertising. I found Joe to be attentive and succinct. He understood my situation very well and very quickly. He realised that time was of the essence. I spoke with him on the Tuesday and he had arranged an interview for me on the Thursday (yes, two days later). The position was extremely suitable and Joe had represented my offering accurately thus negating any chance of a miss-understanding and the consequent waste of time. This was a first class and professionally handled application from start to finish as a result of which I would be happy to work with Joe again.

I had a fantastic experience with JMC. Unlike other recruitment companies who are not interested in you once they have recommended you for a role or two, JMC provided an efficient service from start to finish. I approached Joe Bryant for more information on a role that I was interested in and he bent over backwards to help me.
