You will be joining the highly regarded Corporate Immigration department, assisting fee earners, liaising with clients, having responsibility for diary management and submitting visa applications to the Home Office.

The firm are seeking to hire a Personal Assistant into their modern and newly refurbished City of London office.
The department is headed up by an experienced and well-respected Partner, who is at the top of their game. You will work closely with them and the fee earners in the team on interesting matters.
The firm's highly rated Immigration team handles a wide range of excellent quality work including Tier 1 investor visas, inward investment, sole representative visas, sponsor license applications, Tier 2 skilled workers visas, Innovator visas, start-up visas, Tier 1 entrepreneur visas.
You must have 1 or more years' experience working in a law firm. Experience in Immigration law would be beneficial but not essential. Your role will be based around assisting the Partner and fee earners, communicating with clients, diary management and submitting various visa applications to the Home Office.
You will have 1 or more experience working in a law firm (previous Immigration experience is beneficial but not essential)You will have excellent verbal and written communication skillsYou will have a high level of proficiency in all Microsoft packages as well as PDF editingYou will be self-motivated, have high organisation skills and be able to manage your time effectively You will be able to display sensitivity to client's needs
