Contentious Probate Lawyer to join Tier 1, Chambers ranked team in Warwickshire.
In a close-knit and friendly team, you will work with a Chambers-ranked Partner in all areas concerning estate disputes and contentious probate, supporting both executor and beneficiary. The team confidence provides the best and most reputable service in the region.
Working with a Chambers ranked Partner in trust disputes, breach of trust claims and applications to remove trustees, will disputes (particularly those with an international element) and claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975. You'll be exposed to claims for equitable relief under proprietary estoppel, along with constructive trusts and resulting trusts.
At 3 PQE, with no limit considering the team's ongoing growth, you will progress as a lawyer both in expertise and position within the team consistently.
