The firm are looking for a Construction Solicitor (2 PQE) to join their flourishing Edinburgh office in the heart of the City.
You will join a well-established team that hosts one of the largest Construction & Property teams in the country. The department have also been recognised in the Legal 500 and won a number of awards for their work.
You will work on a varied and interesting caseload covering both contentious and non-contentious matters, including advice on procurement, drafting contracts and sub-contract terms, development agreements, warranties, guarantees, adjudication, arbitration, litigation and mediation.
You will deal with clients of all sizes from national and international contractors, sub-contractors, to household name retailers, large commercial developers and land owners. This role comes with strong prospects to progress, in line with the firms growth agenda.
You will be a Construction Solicitor with at least 2 years PQEA good level of experience dealing with either contentious or non-contentious matters.The ability to confidentially manage your own caseload of high calibre work and clientsExcellent communication skillsYou will be a team player with excellent attention to detail.
