You'll be working on multi-billion pound projects and amongst leaders in infrastructure, transport & logistics, residential and industrial development, defence, utilities and nuclear decommissioning, oil and gas pipelines, mining, petrochemicals, major thermal power and renewable energy, and seawater desalination.
You must have construction expertise including negotiation of construction contracts, appointments and warranties, due diligence, disposal and development transactions, construction input into real estate finance transactions, input into the negotiation of development agreements and, ideally experience dealing with EPC's.
