The Role

This Residential Conveyancing role involved handling a relatively low-volume, high-value caseload of some of the most impressive properties in the UK.

Proactively advising clients on offers, guiding them through purchase and sale processes, title examinations and drafting legal documentation will be core elements of the role.

You will help individuals conclude missives, and liaise with other solicitors and banks to ensure transactions run as smoothly as possible, all while providing a professional and proactive service.

The team are tight-knit and friendly, and you will be able to work independently whilst receiving any support required from a team of expert colleagues.
