This leading firm are looking to hire an experienced Commercial Property Associate or Senior Associate into their Stamford office
The Partners and Senior Management team will provide you with ongoing training and advice on how to approach networking and business development allowing you to further build your own regional client base over time, should you already have contacts or clients to bring, you will be given full support to ensure an easy transition for them.
You will initially work with within an experienced and highly regarded team, the Partners on their busy and exciting portfolios and support them on larger matters, meanwhile being responsible for managing your own caseload. This opportunity has been created through further growth and consistent success so there is existing work for you be involved in from the very start.
The caseload will depend on your own focus, but you can be expected to work on a range of matters such as: landlord and tenant, acquisition and disposal of commercial property, investments, land development, secured lending and commercial leases.
