Probate Solicitor / Paralegal - Case Manager

The Firm

The practice comprises over 100 estate planning experts who work remotely across the UK. Despite their geographical distance, a strong and effective teamworking culture can be felt throughout.

As the firm continues to grow, they are expanding their probate team with the addition of a Probate Case Manager.

The Role

The role will see you joining a friendly, close-knit probate team of 15, where you will work collaboratively on an existing busy and varied caseload of probate matters. Your duties will include but not be limited to;

Reviewing and approving estate accounts.Drafting and collating supporting legal and financial documentation.Liaising with solicitors, courts, LR, OPG and other 3rd party companies as appropriate to each case.Dealing with routine and difficult enquiries effectively and efficiently and ensure that any client complaints are dealt with both professionally and promptly.Mentoring and assisting junior fee-earners on more complex cases.


Requirements

You will be a Probate Fee Earner with at least five years of experience managing your own probate caseload independently.You will be confident drafting legal documents and statements, and handling all aspects of associated transactions.
