The firm are looking for a Corporate Restructuring Senior Associate to join the team in Leeds with a hybrid working schedule.
To align with the firm's amiable ethos, you will be a personable individual and keen to collaborate with Partners and other senior lawyers on a range of high-profile restructuring and insolvency assignments.
You will have a sophisticated caseload covering all contentious & non-contentious aspects of distressed lending and solvent restructuring, refinancing, and insolvency proceedings in the UK and overseas.
Your client base will be diverse, ranging from high-street clearing banks to corporates and private equity funds, with a particular focus on the retail, energy, construction and financial services sectors; this will include global household names and UNHW corporations.
You will closely mentor junior members of the team and offer constructive training to support their development.
