The Role:

  • This is a highly progressive opportunity for a Residential Development Solicitor to join the firm's vibrant office in Leeds, with hybrid working in place
  • Situated within the Firm's Legal 500 Real Estate department, the Residential Development team regularly act for most of the Top 10 Housebuilders, national developers and major Plc regeneration companies on all aspects of the development process & complex transactions
  • As such, you will have a diverse caseload, including acquisitions & disposals, joint ventures, conditional & unconditional contracts, mixed-use schemes, portfolio management, site assembly, planning & infrastructure agreements, institutional investment and deeds of easement
  • As a junior solicitor, you will also assist the senior members on more complex transactions and get involved in business development
  • You can expect to receive a high level of support and significant investment in your professional development - you will be working alongside respected Lawyers, who will give you the platform to further expand your residential development network

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A qualified Solicitor from NQ to 5 years PQE
  • Experience in some residential development matters
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A team player with excellent attention to detail
