The Role:

This is a stand-out opportunity for a Real Estate Associate to join this highly regarded, Top 20 firm, based in Leeds City Centre.

Despite their size, the firm isn't looking for a cog in a wheel; you will be an individual with ideas and personality who can play a pivotal role in the department's growth and direction.

You will have a high quality and diverse caseload including purchase and sales of commercial properties, development, asset management, landlord and tenant and real estate finance matters.

You will find that this opportunity comes with a high level of career investment and progression. You will find that many of their lawyers have taken advantage of the firm's global reach.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Real Estate Solicitor with at least 4 years' experience (there is no upper limit in regards to the amount of experience)
  • Ability to build strong relationships with other departments within the firm, and the clients that you work with
  • Be a keen business developer and have the ability to generate new business whilst nurturing and building existing client relationships
  • Able to work as part of a team and mentor junior team members
