The firm are looking for a Property Litigation Senior Associate / Partner to join their flourishing Leeds office in the heart of the City.
You will work closely with the other Partners within the Commercial Litigation department where the Property Litigation team sits, and more generally across the firm, to drive the business forwards. You will work as part of a driven and commercially successful leadership team.
You will be working on a varied and interesting caseload covering both real estate commercial litigation as well as real estate residential litigation. The type of work you will carry out on a day to day basis will include but is not limited to; sale and purchase contract disputes, breach of covenant claims, break notices, boundary/right of way disputes, collective enfranchisement and possession claims.
You will mentor and oversee the work of junior Lawyers and help them to progress in their careers.
This role comes with strong prospects to progress, in line with the growth agenda. The firm are succession planning are keen to find the next generation of senior Lawyers.
