The Role:

  • This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a Planning Senior Associate to join the firm's dynamic office in Leeds, with hybrid working in place
  • Earning Legal 500 accreditation, the Planning department undertake a blend of contentious & non-contentious mandates for local & city councils, energy providers, universities and national businesses across the housing, finance, environmental and public sectors
  • To align with this, you will manage a diverse caseload, including planning applications & appeals, S.106 agreements, Highways Act agreements, S.278 & 38 agreements, judicial review and public inquiry work
  • As a Senior Associate, you will also have the opportunity to mentor the junior members of the team and build up your own client base within the areas of your choice
  • In return, you can expect to receive plenty of opportunities to further progress within the team towards director and partner level

The Ideal Candidate:

  • An experienced Planning Solicitor with 5 to 8 years PQE
  • Highly meticulous & commercially focused
