The Role:

This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a Pensions Legal Director to join the firm's vibrant office in Leeds.

You will join a legal 500 Top Tier department, surrounded by leaders in the field - a team that strives for excellence and exceptional client service. To align with this, you will be a personable individual, keen to collaborate with Partners and other senior lawyers on a range of pensions matters.

You will manage a diverse caseload, including advising on multi-billion schemes for household names, advising sponsoring employers and investors on the full range of strategic issues, working on large pensions projects, outsourcing and restructuring deals. This will also include providing support to the pensions partner and developing your own practice.

You will also have the opportunity to support and supervise more junior members of the team as well as take an active role in business development.

This role comes with strong prospects to progress, in line with the growth agenda. The firm are succession planning and keen to find the next generation of senior Lawyers, providing you with the platform for future partnership.


  • You will be an experienced Pensions Solicitor with a minimum of 8 years PQE
