The Role:

• This is a highly rewarding opportunity for an Intellectual Property Senior Associate to join the firm's L500 IP department in Leeds, with hybrid working in place
• To align with the firm's amiable ethos, you will be a personable individual, keen to collaborate with Partners and other senior lawyers on a range of intellectual property work
• You will manage a diverse caseload covering a range of contentious & non-contentious IP matters, including enforcement, exploitation and commercialisation of intellectual property rights; advising on commercial agreements allied to IP; complex IP litigation; advising on IP transactions & contentious matters
• Due to the global nature of the firm, your client base will be rich with international heavyweights, national businesses, non-profit organisations and UHNW individuals
• As a Senior Associate, you will also closely mentor junior members of the IP team, and offer constructive training to support their development
• This role comes with strong prospects to progress, in line with the growth agenda - the firm are succession planning and keen to find the next generation of senior Lawyers, providing you with the platform for future partnership
