The Role:

  • The Firm are looking for an IP Associate to join their vibrant office in Leeds, with hybrid working in place
  • Earning Legal 500 accreditation, the IP team advise on all aspects of contentious & non-contentious work for well-known clients across the retail, sports, fashion and entertainment sectors
  • As such, you will have a diverse caseload, including licensing & franchising, software & database protection, international trademark litigation and patent litigation
  • As an Associate, you will have the opportunity to manage some of the more complex matters with the support to build up and develop your own client base
  • In return, you can expect to receive plenty of opportunities to further progress within the team towards senior level and beyond

The Ideal Candidate:

  • An experienced IP Solicitor from 3 to 6 years PQE
  • Well-organised and proactive
  • Excellent attention to detail
