The Role

The firm are seeking to hire an Intellectual Property Associate into their vibrant Leeds office.

The IP department has an excellent reputation; you will find that the department is thriving, professional and dynamic. The department has grown significantly in recent years due to increased workflow.

Your caseload will involve trademarks, patents, licensing, bran acquisition and disposal, registered and unregistered designs and copyright.

The department also has specialist expertise advising on competition law and reputation management, giving you the opportunity to add another string to your bow.

Requirements:

  • You will be an Intellectual Property Solicitor with 3 years PQE
  • You should have completed a training seat at a commercial firm, with a good grounding in IP matters
  • The ability to confidentially manage your own caseload of high calibre work and clients
  • You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail.
