The Role:

  • This is a standout opportunity for an Employment Partner to join the firm's dynamic office in Leeds, with hybrid working in place
  • The Legal 500 ranked Employment team provide expert advice to both heavyweight corporates and employees across the recruitment, hospitality & care sectors
  • As such, you will manage a diverse caseload covering a mixture of contentious & non-contentious work, including TUPE, employment tribunal litigation, drafting employment documents & advising employers and employees on general matters
  • As a Partner, you will also have the opportunity to oversee the development of the firm and supervise the more junior members of the team, contributing to the success of the wider department

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A well-established Employment Solicitor with a minimum of 8 years PQE
  • Strong business development capabilities
  • First-class communication and an entrepreneurial flair
