The Role:

  • This is a standout opportunity for an Employment Lawyer to join the firm's vibrant office in Leeds, with hybrid working in place
  • The leading Employment team regularly advise on a full spectrum of contentious & non-contentious matters for public, private and third sector employers across the healthcare, retail and telecommunications industries
  • As such, you will manage a diverse caseload covering all aspects of employment law, including complex discrimination & whistleblowing issues, industrial relations & major business change, TUPE, equal pay & human rights and general advisory work on senior level issues
  • As an experienced solicitor, you will also supervise the junior members of the team and get involved with business development opportunities
  • This role comes with strong prospects to progress, in line with the growth agenda - the firm are succession planning and keen to find the next generation of senior Lawyers, providing you with the platform for future partnership

The Ideal Candidate:

  • An Employment Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE
  • Strong business development capabilities
  • First-class communication and an entrepreneurial flair
