The Role:

  • This is a highly progressive opportunity for a Court of Protection Solicitor to join the firm's dynamic office in Leeds, with hybrid working in place
  • Situated within the firm's Legal 500 Private Client department, the Court of Protection team assist on a full spectrum of complex and often substantial cases relating to a client's property & affairs
  • To align with this, you will have a diverse caseload covering all aspects of property & affairs, including deputyship applications, applications including gifts & statutory wills, personal injury trusts, LPAs and trusts for infants
  • As a junior solicitor, you'll have the opportunity to work directly alongside one of the department's Partners and gain exposure to some of the most complex matters in the region, placing you years ahead of your PQE
  • Additionally, you can expect to receive a high level of support and significant investment in your professional development as a first-class court of protection lawyer, with clear progression throughout

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A qualified Court of Protection Solicitor from NQ to 4 years PQE
  • Strong academic background
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail
