The Role:

  • The Firm are looking for an ambitious Construction Associate to join their offices in Leeds, with hybrid working in place
  • Earning Legal 500 accreditation, the Construction department act for national developers & contractors, public bodies, education institutions and healthcare providers on a complete range of contentious & non-contentious mandates across the transport, energy, health & public sectors
  • As such, you will have a varied caseload covering both contentious & non-contentious matters, including drafting contracts & agreements, assisting with disputes & risk management, documentation support and numerous forms of dispute resolution
  • As an Associate, you will also assist other members of the team with their caseloads and get involved in business development
  • You can expect to receive a high level of support and significant investment in your professional development - you will be working alongside respected Lawyers, who will give you the platform to further expand your Construction network

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A qualified Construction Solicitor with 2 to 5 years PQE
  • Strong academic background
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail
