You will be an experienced individual with a firm grasp of the legal technicalities of all aspects of competition matters, ready to further expand this knowledge to the highest standard.
You will manage a diverse caseload covering cartel investigations, merger control and joint ventures, distribution arrangements, export control and sanctions, international trade law proceedings and negotiations, national regulation of foreign investment (including CFIUS reviews), State aid and EU funding issues, procurement challenges, anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigations and wider EU law and regulatory compliance issues.
You will also mentor junior members of the team and offer constructive training to support their development.
