The firm are looking for an experienced Clinical Negligence Principal Associate to join the team's vibrant office in Leeds.
To align with the fast-paced environment of the healthcare sector, you will be highly motivated to develop your clients' practices alongside their own. This will include managing high-value defendant clinical negligence claims and contributing to client-facing initiatives.
You will conduct relevant investigations and liaise with various parties such as claimants and their solicitors & clients to repudiate and/or conclude the claim.
You will closely mentor junior members of the team and offer constructive training to support their development.
