The Role:

• This is a standout opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Contracts Solicitor to join the In-House team as Corporate Counsel, working 100% remotely
• Due to the software nature of the company, you will be responsible for reviewing and preparing a wealth of complex commercial agreements, including SaaS, professional services, data processing, consulting and affiliate agreements, with a global and regional scope
• You will work closely with business partners in Sales, IT, Services and other organisations within the company to efficiently close transactions
• You will also support the General Counsel and Managing Counsel with team development

The Ideal Candidate:

• A Commercial Contracts Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE
• Experience in the software industry is preferred
• Strong negotiation skills
