The Role:

  • This is a highly progressive opportunity for a Corporate Lawyer to join the firm's L500 department in Leeds, with hybrid working in place
  • To align with the firm's amiable ethos, you will be an ambitious individual, keen to dive into all aspects of corporate work
  • You will have a diverse caseload covering M&As, corporate governance, joint ventures & collaborations, partnerships & LLPs
  • In addition, you will also gain crucial exposure to high profile Private Equity matters, working alongside the firm's National Head of PE to further expand your expertise

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A qualified Corporate Solicitor with 1-4 years PQE
  • Well-organised and proactive
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good written and oral communication skills
