The Role:

  • This is a highly progressive opportunity for an Intellectual Property Associate to join the firm's L500 IP department in Leeds, with hybrid working in place
  • You will be an ambitious individual, keen to advise a wealth of international heavyweights, non-profit organisations & UHNW individuals
  • You will have a diverse caseload covering a range of contentious & non-contentious IP matters, including enforcement, exploitation and commercialisation of intellectual property rights; advising on commercial agreements allied to IP; complex IP litigation; advising on IP transactions & contentious matters
  • As an associate, you will work alongside a number of influential seniors and partners who will provide insight and support on complex IP matters

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A qualified Intellectual Property Solicitor with 2 to 5 years PQE
  • Well-organised and proactive
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good written and oral communication skills
