The Role

This firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join their flourishing office in the heart of Leeds.

This department deals with good quality levels of work. You will be dealing with a mixed caseload of conveyancing matters including sale, purchase and equity lease and the role will be client facing.

You will be provided with the tools to develop your technical knowledge and contribute to the profitability of the Residential Property team in a friendly and supportive environment.

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Conveyancer with at least 2 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to the amount of PQE)
• Energy, drive and enthusiasm are key
• An interest in business development
• You will have a meticulous eye for detail
• Excellent communication and client care skills are necessary
• Ability to handle a high-level case load
