The Role

This is a highly progressive opportunity for a Psychiatric Injury Solicitor to join the firm's office in Leeds.

The leading psychiatric injury department deal with a variety of psychiatric illness matters, with particular knowledge in Stress at Work claims.

To align with this, you will have a diverse caseload with a particular focus on stress at work, including workplace bullying, harassment at work, excessive workload, denial of rights, lack of training, mental health issues and unfair policies & procedures.

As an experienced Solicitor, you will also support the more junior members of the team and get involved in business development.

Requirements:

  • An experienced PI Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years fee earning experience
  • Given the niche area of law, solicitors with litigation PI experience in Industrial disease and/or Clinical Negligence are welcomed to apply
  • A team player with excellent attention to detail
