The Role

• Opportunity for a Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor 5 years PQE with a proven track record in this area of law to head up an industry-leading team in Gatwick.
• You will take on a range of contentious and non-contentious restructurings and insolvencies, with a strong focus on building strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders in order to deliver pragmatic solutions.
• You will be responsible for leading and managing our Restructuring & Insolvency team so this is a great opportunity for you to make your mark and implement your ideas.
• They are looking for someone with the dynamism, drive and commitment to make a significant contribution to the practice.

Requirements

• Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor 5 years PQE
• Excellent technical knowledge of bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring law
• Team player who enjoys working collaboratively with excellent managerial skills.
