• This firm are looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor (1 year PQE) to join their thriving team in Worthing, West Sussex.
• The Team has a strong reputation for dealing with all areas of Litigation, and looking for someone to come in and solely specialise in the property litigation practice. It is a fantastic opportunity to put a stamp on a role with a highly reputable practice
• Working within the team your role will be to handle all aspects of residential and commercial property litigation, including boundary disputes, neighbour issues and more.
• Building upon the firm's renowned reputation to attract key clients and complex matters of litigation into the Dispute Resolution team.

Requirements

• You will be a Property Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive (1 year PQE)

• Proven track record in business development/winning new clients
