The Role

• You will learn from Solicitors and Partners predominantly who came from London firms. You will join an energetic team with a keen focus on client care and relationship building
• The Corporate team is supported by outstanding lawyers in employment, real estate, IT/IPR and Data Privacy, and a dedicated team of support staff.
• Your role will be to work closely with the other Lawyers in the team handling a broad spectrum of complex Corporate matters including corporate finance, Banking and asset-based finance, Private Equity, Mergers and joint ventures, Reorganisations and restructuring, Partnerships and LLPs, and Shareholder arrangements

Requirements

• Corporate Solicitor with 3-5 years PQE, more senior candidates are also encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience of contentious insolvency would be highly desirable, although not essential
• Highly organised and have a strong desire to learn
• A team player and an excellent communicator
