• This role encompasses the whole conveyancing lifecycle across both freehold and leasehold, from initial instruction to post-completion.

Requirements

• Conveyancing Paralegal, Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant with at least 1 year of experience in a Residential Property department.
• You will work well within a team and will be personable
• You will be able to be flexible in your approach and willing to undertake a range of tasks.
