The Role

• You will have a range of work leading to a complex and interesting caseload
• You will work on a range of matters, including freehold and leasehold titles, drafting, and negotiating contracts for sale, transfers, leases, and agreements for lease
• You will be acting for landlords and tenants on both acquisition and disposal of commercial properties.
• This role will see you working within a Legal 500 ranked team, being led and working closely with one of the leading Commercial Property Partners in the region, allowing for great exposure.

Requirements

• Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1 years PQE
• Excellent team and communication skills
• Client-centric and driven
