The Role

• This team is led by a highly-regarded partner with years of experience in dispute resolution and specialising in contentious probate. You will be working closely with this partner and alongside the other 8 fee-earners, allowing for great exposure and the opportunity to learn from them.
• Working on a varied caseload of a broad scope of Commercial Litigation matters, including data protection litigation, professional negligence, intellectual property, injunctions, and shareholder & partnership disputes.
• You will be advising in desirable sectors such as renewable energy and banking

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Litigator with 2 PQE
