The Role

• The Banking and finance team is one of the top practices outside of London. The department is highly ranked, with many highly-ranked solicitors within the firm, allowing great exposure by working alongside them.
• Alongside working on your own caseload, you will be working closely with the partners on more complex cases.
• You will be working on a variety of banking transactions, such as acquisition finance, corporate and commercial banking, ABL finance and property finance, with the ability to start developing an area of specialism.

Requirements

• Banking Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE.
• Possess first-class communication skills, and the ability to work in a team and handle solo responsibility.
• Meticulous eye for detail
• Working Knowledge of banking transactional processes and the Companies Acts.
