Private Client Secretary

£18000 - £22000 per annum Excellent Benefits

The Role
This role will involve providing administrative and PA assistance within a thriving Private Client department, to include diary management, communication with clients, arranging meetings and general logistics. Experience in PA or secretarial support is essential, and this role will require you to have a minimum of 6 months experience in a Family Law environment.
This hours for this role will be Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:00, based in the Southampton, Hampshire office.

  • You will be a legal secretary with a minimum of 6 months experience in private client work
  • Excellent telephone manner and ability to provide a professional standard of communication with clients
  • You will possess a friendly and approachable manner
  • A typing speed of 65wpm plus, and full command of the Microsoft office suite
  • Experience with Lexis Nexis Smart Forms would be an advantage but is not essential
