The role:

This firm is looking to appoint an established Residential Property Solicitor 5 years PQE to lead their thriving Aldridge office.

This role will give you the opportunity to take the reins of a department that deals with high-quality work thanks to the reputation of the property team.

You will manage a diverse caseload including both freehold and leasehold, sales and purchases, mortgages and re-mortgages, transfers of equity, equity release, help to buy, lease extensions and residential lettings for landlords, tenants and new build and plot sales.

They are looking for someone ambitious who is looking for progression prospects as they are in a position to offer a platform for development.

Requirements:

• Residential Property Solicitor 5 years PQE or CILEX
• Comprehensive technical expertise across the conveyancing lifecycle
• Interest in business development projects with excellent relationship building skills
