The team covers all types of contentious and non-contentious insolvencies and restructurings. The firm have a large restructuring and insolvency practice across its UK office network which draws upon their successful Corporate, Technology and life sciences sectors.
You will work largely with financial institutions, directors, shareholders, insolvency practitioners, creditors and other insolvency stakeholders. Due to a large amount of international growth, you will work on a mixture of domestic and cross boarder litigation within a Legal 500 ranked team with a particular focus on Europe, US and Asia.
