The Role

This firm is looking to appoint a Head of Department for their established Residential Property team in Solihull.

You will oversee the day-to-day functioning of the conveyancing department and play an active role in developing, mentoring and motivating the team.

As an experienced Lawyer, you will promote the very best practices and examine client outcomes in order to find ways to continually improve the quality of service provided. This leadership role also encompasses business development projects with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and solicitors and you will help to guide the strategic direction of the practice.

With excellent support from the wider management team and progression pathways up to partnership, this is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious residential property lawyer seeking a leadership position.
