This well regarded firm are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 0-5 PQE to work alongside two Partners in their well established and reputable Commercial Department.
They would consider someone who has strong academics, local (Coventry, Warwick, Stratford, Solihull, Northampton, Daventry, Rugby, Nuneaton, Leicestershire) and who has done at least a 6-month seat in Company Commercial and one in Commercial Property. They would consider candidates who have been a paralegal prior to commencing their training contract, or who have got some relevant post qualification experience e.g. 12 - 18 months.
This is not for the feint hearted but is a great opportunity for someone to work closely with two Partners who are both very experienced and well-regarded lawyers.

You would be based in their Commercial team in Coventry.
You will work as part of a high friendly yet professional team. The team is busy and has had an influx of new work, making now an exciting time to join.
The Commercial Property team deals with work including: drafting new leases and advising on existing leases, license to assign, acquisition of freehold and subject to leasehold properties, and more. The team also deals with acquisition of land for development and redevelopment, diversification of agricultural land, owning and occupying commercial property, buying and selling investment properties, mortgaging commercial property, and company sale and purchase.
You will work on a varied case load that is high net worth and diverse, and work alongside some of the best and forward thinking Solicitors and Partners in the industry. As well undertaking both domestic and international matters.
You will have an opportunity to business develop for the firm and build a base of clients and connections to help make you a Commercial Property success.
Due to their office location and the nature of the work involved candidates must drive and have their own transport and be relatively flexible, as there may be occasions where they will be required to stay late to meet the business and client's needs.
