This firm based in the city centre of Birmingham punch well above their weight. They have a strong international element running through the work that they do. They have a particularly strong HNW Chinese client base, and they have many associations with law firms which refer very high calibre work to them.

They are a modern practice who display entrepreneurial flare in the marketing and work that they do. They have grown significantly in recent years with the hire of several key partners causing an influx in work. You will find a progressive culture where excellent prospects are allowing you to be able to progress.

The Role

The firm often deal with high profile, HNW clients and the work is good quality with a focus on quality over quantity. The firm has exceptionally strong relationships with high-end estate agents, and it is common for them to be working with overseas investors. They charge well for their Conveyancing services.

You will run a high quality, varied caseload of Conveyancing matters and commercial conveyancing matters.

Requirements

• You will be at least three years PQE in Residential Property and smaller value commercial property tranactions (there is no upper limit on the amount of experience)
• You will have a solid background in term of work career history
• This is a friendly team that has a lovely culture; you will work well within a team and have excellent client skills
